Thank goodness I go here a little, but when I come here a lot of waiting customers the administration is terribly lengthy !!!! Customers are always received by only 1 clerk and there are 3 clerk desks. And the administration is long because they ask directly where you work, how many children we have, we have insurance for this apartment, I thought about if we pay for checks or hospital care or if the apartment is damaged, etc., etc., etc. ... Thank you we have flat insurance and gfb. That's enough for now. If I want to take out other insurance then I will talk but if I go there to deal with it then they will do it and not talk like some good friend. I don't even deserve 1 star anyway I just can't write my opinion otherwise. AWARDLY SLOW ADMINISTRATION !!!!
