Szomolya Posta

On December 17, 2020, I sent a package to the post office in Somolya. Consignment note number: CC 801 636 909 HU The package was 8 kg, the shipment was 19,100 forints to the city of Southampton, England. On the afternoon of January 11, 2021, the package arrived at the recipient in England and the box was damaged in several places. I regret how much I paid for it and so it arrives in another country. We no longer use the postal service between two countries. Now I don't know if the Hungarian Post or the English Post made a mistake! I took photos of the injuries and wrote an email to the customer service of Magyar posta today, enclosing the photos.
