The memory of the camp operating between 1915 and 1923 at the border of the village of Csót in Veszprém County is now guarded only by the tombs of the prisoner of war in Kakukk Mountain. The camp was completely demolished after 1923, the barracks, the post office, the hospital, the officers' casino, the cinema buildings, and the watchdog called 'Semisliert' disappeared.
During 1918-1920, he was serving as a prison camp for refugees fleeing the royal Romanian army, later from Italy, France, England and the largest number of Soviets, serving mainly for the placement and guarding of Russian, Polish, Italian national soldiers in the Monarchy. - It became a disarmament camp for returnees from Russia.
In 2017, the tomb was completely renovated.
