Lovely quiet place with an little bubbling spring lake

Very small, very nice resting place with a good quality spring, has a cozy atmosphere. Love it. It's only 8.1km away from Pápa center, nearby town.

For me, this is a very special place. It has charm, even if it’s just a short walk away. I was there for days, everything was nice and well cared for. Its main attraction is Lake Vortex, which few people know is so unique that there is only one more in Europe - besides - France. This path is properly equipped with information signs. In addition to the lake, there is a memorial place, a resting place suitable for picnics or even meditation, and a well providing refreshing water (currently not in operation). We can see a working watermill wheel, although it cannot be approached. There were once 33 watermills in Tapolca, the memory of which is preserved by an original mill wheel. This place won the first place in the natural wonders of Veszprém county 👏. This year, in March 2021, the place will be anniversary, now it will be 10 years old 🙂. Those arriving by car can park on Forrasfői Street or next to the playground more easily than on Tapolcafői Street, the study trail is a few minutes' walk from these places 🚙. I went with my granddaughter now, she liked it too, so I would definitely recommend it to young children.
