When I pick up the shipment receipt number and 4 other people choose this option after me, the 4 people are called in front of me and the door is closed in front of me and then 20 minutes later the clerk appears. 29 minutes waiting time .... Pretty rough .... I believe if it is an urgent matter, but that plus one person wouldn't fit in, I can't believe it .... Thanks papal post, I love you so ...
