Down with the hat in front of all their couriers, I've never had a negative experience. But.... Last year, we ordered a phone from overseas that was shipped by GLS. The package arrived, but the phone box was empty. A good look at the label showed that the weights in Germany and Hungary were different. Less at home ... The merchant could not help because they needed some official document from GLS, GLS did not help by saying that they only have a contractual relationship with the sender, they should ask for it. Phone and email switching took many months. Bored of this, we turned to a conciliation body. In preparation for the trial, I thoroughly studied the Postal Law. It turned out that if the recipient receives the package and / or prepaid it, the ownership (and thus also the administration) will automatically be transferred to it ... Of course, GLS has been silent. Somehow, customer focus was lost with the packages. The meeting closed and we submitted the papers requested. Then the black man came. $ 50,000 was returned. Needless to say, that's not why we bought this product. I contacted them again and told me that this is the insurance limit, and they are not able to pay. I would normally accept it. If you are sending valuable things, ask for value insurance. But somebody here at the GLS stolen ... They must have been stolen. I think the minimum would have been that the full purchase price + shipping cost would be passed without any sock and immediately. Perhaps it would have done no excuse. Disgusting, under-criticized for what they do. Whenever possible, I avoid them and recommend this to all acquaintances / business partners. Best regards: Gábor Molnár
