Tucked away in a valuable collection. The military airport operated from 1950 to 2005, was the base of Soviet-made aircraft during the Cold War years, and was used by NATO aircraft during the South Slavic War. Sándor Kontsagh, who is leading the exhibition, was the photographer of the base, so he knows everything about what happened there and is very willing to explain it to those who do not visit here as professionals. Much of the collection is indoors, but 4 fighters (MiG-15, MiG-19 and two different MiG-21s) that once served here await visitors in the open. Is

If no one is in the museum at the moment, you can make an appointment by phone. There is no ticket, it can be registered in the memorial book. Even as a total layman, I heard interesting things. (Eg Why is a black box called a black box when it's orange? What does a camera gun "shoot"? Etc.)
