Kistücsök Étterem

I like this restaurant because they have awesome traditional Hungarian food with a modern twist. We always go there when we’re near lake Balaton. This is my favorite restaurant because the waiters are friendly and careful. The only bad thing about it is that there are always a lot of people. If you don’t book a table a few days in advance, you won’t eat there.

We went for unusual dishes, and it as always a very good choice here :) I ate finely fried lamb liver with coriander tasted couscous and fried plum jam. Lovely and super exciting experience :)

Genuinely nice waiters. Top tier service. They took into account that I was the only foreigner with Hungarian company, and continued to speak English to me.

Imaginative reinterpretation of classic Hungarian dishes, very friendly and professional staff and an overall pleasant experience. Wide selection of wines from the region and beyond.
