I wonder why they bother accepting foreigners to create bank accounts if they’re going to find speaking English and helping us get our work done a big burden.They need to be more friendly, proactive and less biased. The lady at counter 8 today was very disrespectful and even the supervisor who literally sweared in front of me in Hungarian like i would not understand body language.They say “its done” but when i check, its never done. Half the time they come off as if they dont even know what they’re doing Plus the employees are very rude, i would not give bad reviews if language barrier had been the only problem. Step up the service laid-back workers!Its really offensive to see you be systematic with few and uninterested with others.

I booked an appointment online because they have such a service. I was there on time, my serial number was already flashing on the digital tablet ... I was waiting at the counter, but no one was anywhere. After waiting about 20 minutes, the branch manager said it was 5 minutes and the clerk would come. Did not come. I have already told the security guard what is already happening, where the clerk is. Then they had a great hard time being redirected to another counter to be served there. The clerk who helped me with the problem, but in the end it turned out that she misinformed me, because I wasn't transferred to the account package she said ... that was enough of them ...
