The poor rating is about Unicredit’s business policies, not its employees.
I have been for 5 years (now I have only been a customer here) I pay the home loan, I waived the repayment moratorium, a larger amount is credited to my account half a year ago, however, when I applied for a loan, they found it risky.
Luckily, there are other banks where I received a premium loan and account package for the amount I regularly receive on my account.
Disrespectful employees, it is inhumane to recommend the whole thing to my enemy either!
I can only say that The place has developed a lot in the past years :) now it is not so slow: D
Nice helpful staff.
Extremely outdated information technology systems, unprepared staff, a business certificate for several months trying to get introduced to arrange the papers but keep coming up email that will cease to exist in my account if I do not show the company's paper, after that a penny I do not keep the invoice as soon as I can to also remove corpses .
