I bought a car here a couple of months ago, I can report on the experience I gained during this. Short: Overall, I am satisfied with the car I bought, the dealer was fair in many ways. From other points of view, however, I do not care, I did not receive information about many of the car's faults - although not fundamental, but not particularly hidden - it overestimated the condition of the car, setting it better than reality. At length: The price of the car was relatively favorable compared to other similar ones on the market, so I asked what is the reason for this? On the phone, the dealer couldn’t provide a lot of meaningful information, all he said was that the car was absolutely good, “I got it cheaply and so I give it cheap,” you don’t have to do anything with it, “you just have to sit in it and use it”. That the latter is not quite true was already revealed when I arrived at the Car House, where I was informed that the trunk lock was bad, but don’t worry, they had already been assigned one and it would be installed. We went with him to another service station for inspection. No serious flaws were found in it, but many little things were. In the meantime, the future date of the control change was also raised. The dealer called the previous owner and asked. To his credit, he revealed that the life cycle expires within a few thousand kilometers. During the bargaining, the dealer offered (which is also a fair solution) that he would do everything that was discovered in the service within the advertised purchase price, as well as the change of control, at a relatively favorable additional price. He also arranged the transcription during the service, which I did particularly well because the exit restrictions came right after that. In the weeks and months following the purchase, a number of errors were discovered in connection with the car. (At the same time, the fact that the service work undertaken was actually done by the dealer!) None of the new problems to be repaired was heavily large, but on the one hand many small ones go for a lot, and on the other hand "just have to sit in and use it" proved to be a very strong exaggeration . Of course, it didn’t come as much of a surprise that a freshly bought used car had to be spent to be okay. But in light of the above statement, this was a little worse, especially since there were also shortcomings that were also obvious to a layman (e.g. specifically crumbling tires, dirty cabin, burnt out headlights, etc.). Well, there are some that are immediately visible to a professional during a review. Basically, I had the impression that the merchant didn’t really know what he was selling (as evidenced by the fact that certain parameters were misrepresented in the ad, but fortunately I had pleasant surprises about them). The resulting uncertainty (feeling) and the need to be vigilant in bargaining did not make buying a car a good experience. On the other hand, he did the right thing with regard to the problems that turned out, and all in all, even with the extra services, I got a whole good car at a pretty good price, so it deserves 4 stars.
