We started taking a used Suzuki Swift here a few years ago. The first few services were super, they were very responsive, they did a quick job, we even got the bait. Then the more costly repairs arose. They are cheaper first and then more and more expensive. We didn’t even suspect when hundreds of thousands of items had already emerged. For example, after a complete scan (which then found everything to be okay), it turned out that the battery was dead. Then a "sudden" handbrake was diagnosed, and then a shift problem was diagnosed, here already 2-300 thousand items were flying in the air. Then we finished things with them. A company to be avoided in a big arc. ---- I have so much to add to the answer below that between two service stations, a part (gearbox, parking brake, etc.) cannot be destroyed in a short time, which the service did not mention the previous time, but the next time it is downright life-threatening. during previous service, reviews, you should no longer have noticed if the problem really existed, was emerging. This time, I would also point out that the car was really not in my name (otherwise I didn’t even claim it), but in the name of a close relative, I “just” took the car and “just” paid the hundreds of thousands at the checkout. The allusion to not being able to go to the service center, so I ask myself. I was enough. Of course, I believe it’s uncomfortable to face the evaluation of a frustrated customer. I am most sorry because there was quite a lot of tuition ...

I bought a friend of mine, Suzuki, by fixing a few small bugs in this service beforehand at a shared cost. Even then, the positive attitude and customer-oriented behavior of the employee appeared. I also thought I would probably carry the car here too. Then, two weeks after the purchase, I switched to winter tires and somehow the tire pressure display was confused. In my nervousness, I called the employee I knew, who was on leave, but promised to speak to his colleague, and since I was nearby, I could go. I also got the car back soon and - to my greatest surprise - I didn’t have to pay anything. Well, then I finally became their customer;) I really appreciate this kind of attitude, thank you again!

I traveled about 50 kilometers on a first-rate, 'good condition' old Suzuki ad! When I arrived, the engine was already running !!! With such a low speed that it almost stopped! This is impermissible when shopping !!! The engine oil is black, about 50,000 kilometers and lumpy in the cap. ! Controls and more never changed! The exhaust leaked out of the black engine oil !!!

I am very satisfied with the Suzuki Szeleczky car dealership and service in Fót. My old Suzuki Ignisz was also repaired for the second time and did an excellent job. I will recommend it to someone else because they are doing their job on time and on time. Thanks to István Ferenc Benedek
