Petty. They are not heated in winter! It was colder inside than outside! We bought a couch worth 400e ft. Shipped on time, but the pull-out battery didn't work. The carrier leaf was also indicated to siculus immediately. The Siculus acted as if they had nothing to do with it, pointing at the producer. No apology was raised. We have managed to continuously h the progress of the complaint towards a solution. Someone came 3 weeks later to fix it. He said it could not be improved, maintain the complaint and respond in about 1-2 weeks. They did not answer on their own. We reached for them again. A few days later (and 6 weeks after the defects the product was delivered), two options were offered: a HUF 10e compensation, or h to be taken to the factory for repair and then returned once. One is more unworthy than the other. We did not accept. It took a lot of time to try to get h flawless product instead of filtering, failed. They do not understand the essence of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction. We don't buy more here or recommend it to anyone else.

After several months of searching, we finally found this style sofa that we wanted. We were completely satisfied with the service and the ordering time. Large selection and favorable prices are typical. I have already recommended my acquaintances and will still be brave. We hope you will be satisfied with the quality of the sofa in the long run.
