Extremely rude behaviour and useless!!!

Very gas, on the phone he says the goods have arrived, I drive to the end of the world and yet not. Half an hour to release a screw. Phlegm with man.Never again .....

The webshop and confirmation email contain conflicting information. The clerks talk back and forth, contradict each other, otherwise they cannot give meaningful information about the products. After reading previous reviews that are completely in line with what I experienced when ordering, I said it all back!

I read a lot of negative experiences .. However, due to the size I had to go locally to buy. The service was absolutely good, they were helpful, everything was fine, everything was in stock that I needed.

I was already stuck at registration! You did not accept my tax number and ticked all the data even the tax number! I called the lady who breaks the Hungarian but could not give any real help. it says everything works fine with the website because the orders come. Then I tried the chat but they only know Slovak. No problem then I turn to Gogol. They wrote they couldn’t help but they gave me an email address where I could grieve. It happened but no reaction for a week. I should make the railing so I'll buy it elsewhere. But seeing negative criticism might be better that way! If I had done my job like this, I would probably have starved to death!
