Nice place to have a relaxed stroll

The place is nice and beautiful. But the service is poor of the coffee shop inside as we want to enjoy sipping our coffee for the cold weather. And we like it so warm inside.😊As our experience with my friends touring to the castle we hope the best from the staff or their services but they aren't. They need to improve the friendly environment.
