I wanted to buy a steam cleaner and a vacuum cleaner. I thought a personal "meeting" was a better idea than getting lost in online information. The young man was very helpful, patient, attentive. He answered all my questions maximally, understandably, nothing "pushing me", pro and contra said everything about 2 products. He was in no hurry, he had no "more important" thing to do. I got enough info about everything, it drew my attention to everything. He was later polite on the phone. I have had a rare pleasant purchase, I hope I am not disappointed in their product either!
