My cat’s ear surgery didn’t result in any positive change, after two weeks of suffering that the funnel wear brought with it - and continued swelling next to the sutures, which I indicated of course - and the same condition returned after the suture collection as before the surgery. That is, nothing has changed. Their number one offer not to take my cat back anymore - at all - with its condition will be somehow (because it works that way, right ?!), a second offer to have it operated on again. My question is that since it would be better than the first, so that they have more experience. After such recommendations, of course, I took it elsewhere, where it was operated again, now with a different solution, which brought results. However, it was said there that since my cat's ears were swollen for almost three weeks (because they remained so after the surgery), the scar tissue thickened for eternal life and the inner surface of the cochlea remained completely shiny. Hearing a cat is as important as smelling a dog and now one of its earcups has become unusable, meaning its hearing has deteriorated. Not to mention that the ear size will be halved, this is also due to the two surgeries. As a result, the entrance to the auditory canal was narrowed slightly, making it more difficult to clean and dirty.
In summary, they made a medical malpractice and crippled my cat forever, after which they were not offered an apology and perhaps a refund, but were discreetly sent to .... in the profession, but in more special situations, problems, I would no longer entrust them with any pet, it is feared that they would stand with his butcher's hand. Congratulations again on mutilating my cat for eternal life ...
I am very pleased with the doctors and their attitude towards the animals.
