I am very happy with them very very helpful! As a layman, I called them in a neutering case after two weeks later, at a veterinarian closer to me, they said more than 10,000 HUF more for the neutering of my cat, I decided to look for another veterinarian and then I found them. I even called them and told them I had a girl kitten I wanted to neuter. The lady was very kind and told me almost without question. The process, which is unknown to me, was also said in detail and significantly cheaper by Holgy. We also made an appointment right away, although it was a little further away than the one in our district, but not so much that it would not have been worth taking them there. They don’t have that real stinky animal smell as they do in most surgeries with white walls and a mournful atmosphere but with colorful fragrant and kind assistant women and doctors who are very helpful and listening. The invoice is issued in the name of the person, it is always printed and sent to my e-mail address almost without question, for the first time I have to fill in a data sheet about our personal data which is entered into the computer and from then everything is communicated by e-mail. I didn’t have any complaints and I couldn’t have even come across a place like this! So I will continue to take my kittens there for neutering. Which will happen soon ... ❤️❤️❤️

The place is nice, the workers are nice, but: I took a fearful cat for an annual vaccination, always afraid of the vaccination, often opposing it (trying to get rid of it if it catches someone it doesn’t know and also blows it), but never scratched and never bitten nobody. I couldn’t go in because of the covid, I injected the cat and said he was struggling hard. The doctor replied no problem was solved. The mache feeling was inside long enough, later one of the ladies came out and asked if I could put the Broadline drip on the cat at home because she was very resistant and they didn’t want to torture her. I said yes. A little later, the cat was also brought out. He peeed and hooked. This has never happened anywhere else, though with one exception so far, I’ve always been inside and I’ve caught the cat. I don’t know if covid restrictions would allow it, but I would have been happy to be called in to help if they couldn’t handle / soothe the cat so much. Another interesting thing about the end is that I noticed at home that the vaccine of the previous year had not been pasted into the booklet because last time, I left the booklet at home (vaccinated elsewhere). Strangely, they weren’t asked if they had been vaccinated in the previous year (although it may not be relevant to the current vaccination and / or they were able to view it in the cloud). Either way, for me it's like this now, at first glance, just a star ...

On Sunday, I found a dying kitten in front of a neighbor’s gate. Almost no one orders on weekends or there are insanely far away clinics. I confess I was looking for a doctor as close as possible. The receptionist was infinitely kind. The doctors are amazing. (I took a dirty, terribly smelling, completely neglected kitten. Even the leaves were there in the towel I wrapped the kitten in). Unfortunately, the velvet sole had to be anesthetized. But I could be there next to him while he fell asleep. The kitten was arranged in a nicely peaceful sleeping pose. She was carefully wrapped in a towel. And I just had to pay for the anesthesia. No extra charge. No frills. But that wouldn't have interested me either. The kitten suffered no more. That's the point! So if anything went wrong with mine over the weekend, I would definitely go there. Good team. Dear. Compassionate. Helpful. They are human. Thank you very much. 😘

Horrible my husband just came home with the cat from there, but he hurried to the bathroom because the animal had to be cleaned and only asked for the annual vaccination.
