Their website is well designed but horrible to use. Bookings take ages to make and prices are unavailable in advance. The location itself is clean and the wellness facilities are small but good. The location is also very cool.

One of my favorite places to spend holidays

Food is hideous. Completely tragic. The interior is not too fascinating... staff is ok, but it is nonexistent. The wellness stinks, smells like sweat. There’s black mold on the walls. Furniture in the room is dusty, old and quite disgusting, although the bedsheets were clean. Please, for your own good, don’t book here.

Beautiful surroundings, great view. Room has everything you may need, wellness section is good (although thermal water is not the warmest), food is just o.k.(nothing extra), and the waiters are sometimes impatient.

It has a very decent wellness compound, and splendid kitchen. Mind you, thge tipical local food is heavy and spicy. And usually it has some local tint, like wildboar or stag-stew. It is fairly quiet, in a very quiet environment. No noisy activities around whatsoever. Good for families with kids. Lots of walking opportunities around, even for a casual hiker, no mountaneering skills are required. Could use some more staff.
