Very incorrect company. I would also delete that one star. I bought 3 of the same product. The first on July 7 for 47,000 ft and the other two on sale for 35,000 ft / pc in early October. At the end of October, the number 1 individual gave up the fight. I called them on what to do. I returned the product to the manufacturer for testing. Guarantee accepted, APPROVED on November 4 !!! Lakitechns were notified of the price of the product by e-mail accepting the warranty, enclosing the purchase invoice and serial number. After about 20-25 phones by the beginning of February, I finally understood my patience and offered the opportunity to pursue my case with the Consumer Protection Inspectorate in the future. Interestingly, the price of the product was refunded after 3 minutes. But not the 47,000 ft but only the 35,000. I let it go here. And the company too. I would sum it up: they used my money unauthorized for 3 months, plus they even deducted “interest”. 😂 Chewing luggage.

On August 4th I ordered 1 salt lamp from them, a few days later I asked what the order was, then they told me that there is no salt lamp (which was indicated on their side as in stock) I asked them to refund the money which to this day is not happened. They refused to reply to my last email. Terribly incorrect company, with 0 communication skills, be ashamed of yourself! I do not recommend anyone to order from them!

I'd rather give it zero, but it can't be. The store's stock is untrue, they do not inform when the goods arrive. When I called them on the phone, they even said they were going for it that day (in external storage), and then when I called them another four days later (when they promised delivery, which they promised several times on the phone), it was already the case that it wasn't even in the outside warehouse, they don't know when it will be. I waited two weeks for nothing. SHOP NOT VERY RECOMMENDED !!!

I look forward to the price of a product returned due to cancellation a good 2 weeks ago. It went on for a while that "the package didn't come back" which turned out not to be true! I was recently told that my account was signed, but I haven't seen any money since. Unfortunately, no small amount, I look forward to receiving it again! When it comes to choosing from 800 webshops, I don't see how you can afford it! u.i.: Finally, the amount arrived with some delay.
