The administration is cumbersome, the web interface is simply a laugh. I get the ID, I try to log in, but it would require a password. I think what I used in the previous vehicle will be good, well not. Then password reminder! I get the new password, but in the meantime, if the ID is not written down, I will search for it as well. Now I write everything down. They had a hard time entering and there was a blank surface. I would have expected there to be a contract and deposit option for my vehicle I bought 4 days ago, but nothing. But good, I have a completely blank interface, but I can already log in! ☹

They were very kind at the telephone customer service.
