Old equipment, at least in the core shop (mag.), In CNC - machines often break down, half of the shop is idle, among the innovations are energetic Japanese-made robots (Chinese plant :)). In the core shop, there are problems with essentials: they save on gloves, both for painting and light ones, save on aprons for painting and other things that are simply necessary in the process and technology. Perhaps this is due to the insolence of the Hungarians, who in batches take these things home. CNC has problems with tools. Finishing is hell and horror, even worse than horror, God forbid to get there to work. Vending machines with coffee break, vending machines with sweets and energy drinks do not work correctly, the product gets stuck. I am glad that there is free water and soda. The plant itself is dirty, all the shops are dusty. There is no good for people here, everything is only for the sake of revenue. The Chinese are like that. Ukrainians are not appreciated and cheated with a salary. I do not advise.
