Long waiting time even at early afternoon(14.30). The security man is a real geanleman. 5 stars for him 3 stars for the bank, so 4 stars for the whole place.

Would you sincerely care if they think to the heck that they are only open on weekdays and only from 8:30 to 13:00? Why not take turns starting early or late ending, or at least accept customers on Saturdays? How can something be done without taking leave? Even online appointment booking doesn’t work - although if I remember correctly, the feature wasn’t available last year either.

Simply, it’s awful for this opening time from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. every day ... It would be at least one day a week until 3 or 4, maybe one could take care of things. Towards the end of the year, I don’t think anyone is happy to take time off due to a fleeting 15-20 minute banking occupation!

Never let anyone deal with this bank! If you try, you will regret it!

I went in for a referral once, but it was a huge disappointment. The clerk called the number in front of me every 10 minutes, three times. In the meantime, of course, he talked good with his colleague. After half an hour, they were told in 2 minutes that they couldn't refer to that number because they thought they had no customer. we played it twice when I paid for it personally rather than going in for a third.
