FHB Bank - a bank branch in Székesfehérvár

Every time I come here I feel like I have to wait an hour. Today was only 50 minutes though. Also, fees for everything and drop the attitude. Bonus: super friendly and helpful security guard.

It’s outrageous how disparagingly they talk to people in this branch. None of the 3 clerks could inform normally. We had to wait 1 hour for the clerks to talk to themselves, as there was no one in front of us.

Unfriendly and incompetent clerk (respect for the exception), for the same case I had to go back 3x 4x because the current clerk was unfit for anything, service was slow, disorganized and poor. I would not recommend it to anyone, I have better experience than other banks.

More foolish customer service ... They became a hotbed of carelessness and incompetence after the merger ... they are characterized by arrogance and phlegmatism. Honorable exceptions!
