I canceled my bank account but I had no other option but to withdraw cash. My netbank did not work and I did not receive any paperwork on the termination. So I don’t know how much bank charges were deducted from me. Between 5 and 15 thousand HUF somewhere.

I contacted my account regarding their Kgfb contract. I had 60 minutes waiting because I don't keep my current account here. Cardholders were first accepted.15 customers were overtaken. Is this how it should work?
