I bought a 9 year old Skoda Octavia 1.6 TDI combi and since 17 years I have been driving a Daewoo Kalos 1.4 petrol "miracle" it was a very big shift for a car of this size. Not to mention that he communicates in English and has a German manual for it. After that, I contacted the brand service for "some" information. A nice young, very prepared sales colleague gave an exhaustive answer to all my questions, showing it on the car as well. Thank you very much and congratulations for the excellent service! As a business customer, I asked for an appointment for a 30,000 km service and oil change, it was an unpleasant experience: the official service requester on the website was not answered, the salesman did not call me back for 2 weeks kind and informative, all other colleagues just hanging out on the phone handling / discussing personal matters
