I had a very bad experience with them!
Their page says delivery 1-3 business days: I placed my order on November 15, today (February 1) I received my product after a long wire-train. Furthermore, they did not ship the product I ordered on their site, but another version of it (worse for me).
Their customer service is also unfriendly, as if I should feel bad that I am waiting for 3 months for a max of 3 days delivery and I could even list.
Update: I read your comment that they do everything for customer satisfaction. I asked them to correct the mistake, to which there has been no substantive answer since.
The ordered product (Dji Mavic AIR2 dron) was available at a very good price. He arrived within 2 working days and also helped with the settings. I can only recommend it to everyone! Great support
