We ordered four pieces of furniture from the extinct to the max. 4 weeks of production. It was 8 weeks. With the first delivery, the car crashed and they forgot to confirm the order. Hungarian company does not accept any of the four pieces of furniture that can be repaired, there is no quality control in the factory at the end of the production, all this is fused with many aesthetic flaws summed up by the company the company is full of hands Assemble items. We ordered a desk. I had to wait a little longer, but it was worth it. Its quality is adequate. There was a fatipli place drilled in the wrong place in 1 place. I had no problem with delivery.

Unfortunately, my experience with Kikol is very bad. I never used to write an opinion, I do it now because their “service” is unqualified and I only do it so that others don’t go that way. Like many contributors, I had problems with delivery. During a preliminary telephone conversation (a young man who was very willing at the beginning) said a delivery date for 3 weeks, as they are not being transported across the border, so I asked for delivery to Sopron and called my parents to help the child because we are out alone or with transportation from sopron to austria, which I can't stand alone. Unfortunately, of the pre-promised 3-week delivery slipping from week to week (which means every week by phone promising to deliver next week for sure) we got 7 weeks from order (of course I’m preparing for the delivery day from week to week, as they don’t ship to Austria). And the reason was that the bed is ready, but they only have 5 transports so they don't start, even after several weeks of slipping !!!! Outrageous! Then, despite the afternoon delivery agreed in the first phone conversation, they wanted to transport the bed in the morning, speaking 1 day before ... with a baby, a car from Austria that I could transport as a woman alone, they had 25 deliveries that day yet they could never absolutely absolutely want the bed to arrive in the afternoon to help. It’s awful, I’ve never met one like this before, although I also made an appointment on the phone on a weekly basis, after which the delivery date was constantly delayed. I'm glad I didn't buy a bed from them. Moms! Don't put so much stress on yourself! Plus, I haven’t read anything good about its quality anywhere, luckily I couldn’t experience that. I'm sorry I had to give 1 star to write a review, unfortunately I don't even deserve 1 star!

I took over my 3-year-old daughter’s cottage bed yesterday. It was shipped out after 5 weeks, we had a bit of a hard time waiting, but the end result exceeded all my previous ideas. My little girl was already buzzing during the assembly, when the bed of the dreamed cottage was finally finished, she was completely touched! It really was very beautiful !! 😊 Worth the long wait, thank you very much! I sincerely recommend it to others if they want a bed like this, buy it here! 👌
