I'm sorry that the two ladies talking happily in the indoor office didn't have enough time to help the one kind lady who was trying to stand up in the reception area outside! At the request of them to come out and help, the answer was heard: ... give them the papers to fill out alone ... they will meet him ... We heard, thank you. A small note. On what basis do you expect people to turn with confidence? I would suggest reading the quality policy brochure posted on the wall more often.
