Hi! My mother ordered a cot 10 days ago because her granddaughter would have slept here for the first time. He got a package he couldn't unpack. There was stuffing it out with similar stuff. The baby cannot sleep in these. He sent it back later, it was too late, but the courier came today. He brought the package, but we couldn’t take it over because the brand couldn’t resolve the situation even now after the previous mislabelling. They wanted to pay my mom for the product again. Losers. It's been 10 days. There is no baby cot. Lots of inconvenience. That's why you can't go anywhere because you're waiting for the courier. She has stomach cramps because she is prone to it.
