I gave up a letter with priority as of 02.09, which has not been received by the addressee to date (02.12.). That’s why I paid extra for the service and it would have been very important to get it before the weekend. They don't know about the package at the post office in Nyíregyháza, they don't even pick up the phone in Székesfehérvár. Why pay extra if they can't meet the condition ?! Obviously, my livelihood will not depend on that 600 HUF, but it is beyond criticism that they are not able to provide the expected service and I cannot talk to anyone about this.

The priority letter sent on 03.01 did not reach the State Treasury in 7 days! It is impossible to reach them by phone! What a service it is that I pay only to the recipient does not arrive! I think I can legitimately reclaim the amount paid!

In vain, he moved to a new and "bigger" place, and the kindness and postmanship of ladies are still beneath the frog's bottom. It's all about opening the opening time for 10 o'clock (that's about 9 o'clock late), so I'm going to be in the other post office in town before I go to the other half of town. Why can not you open it like any other post? at 8 o'clock. About the missing packages and the arbitrarily unpublished packages (I wrote a mandate to a family member by signing two witnesses to pick up because I was not staying at home, but they did not want to give it to her). This system is ridiculous and unsafe! I also wrote a complaint to the Post! I trust you will be in the process.
