Minimal value and service quality, 0 customer care, mainly unfriendly staff.

Long wait in queues, mediocer service. Although never tested, probably nobody speaks any English.

A disaster is the "service" they provide. Since February 4, they have not been able to deliver the ordered package to the address. Does anyone work there at all? If you are very mentally able to do your job, or do you know what your business would be like, or just hired because your boss is an acquaintance and needs staffing? It would be nice if they could get together and finally focus on their work. Shame company of the Hungarian Post.

In a polite tone, I asked on the phone why nothing was happening to my package and they have it for 3 days. To put it mildly, I got the answer that it would be sent ......
