In 18 minutes the normally Neapolitan style pizza was out, it was not soaked in too many toppings / sauces, the mozzarella was not undercooked or overcooked, plus the pizza box was recyclable. We will order from here :)
u.i: maybe it could be fooled with grated parmesan before / after baking (I don't know if it was on and only I didn't feel it)
I love quality food made with passion! 😋
The best pizza dough in the area. I don't even understand how this can be done. Salty, unpretentious tomato sauce and a gummy strain called a seventh-grade cheese on top. I should improve for that !!!
