Reviews
Vets are very good, well equipped, maybe a little expensive, e.g. you can find most of the medications they sell cheaper elsewhere.
I was a little apprehensive about reading the many negative reviews, but in the end I was absolutely disappointed. The doctors and assistants I dealt with were also fair, and the level of information and care was adequate. Everything up to the last eye of the medicine is accounted for in detail and itemized on the invoice. A hospital on-call time is not the cheapest option, an emergency care can be a pull-out expense, but compared to other veterinary services, it is not unaffordable. 0-24 availability comes at a price everywhere, so it’s completely understandable on their part. Another positive is that the prices are written out correctly in the waiting room, so you can know in advance how much to expect when paying, and they also accept a card, which unfortunately is still not a matter of course in every veterinary practice. Care is provided on an emergency basis, so if someone brings a life-threatening or urgent animal in need, it is automatically taken in line, so the waiting time can be several hours if someone arrives with a milder complaint, it’s a good idea to prepare in advance. It’s a minor inconvenience, but I could easily make the waiting room more comfortable with a few chairs. It’s not very comfortable to spend hours lounging in front of a person, or even more while waiting for their pet to be cared for. I’m relatively young, but I still wondered during my time there. For elderly owners, this can be especially uncomfortable. This little little attention on the part of the hospital would not require much investment. Overall, I am maximally satisfied with the information, care, and staff, only because of the slightly more expensive than average prices and the inconvenience of the waiting room, I get 4 stars on my part, but these are not authoritative things when it comes to our pet's health or life. it is.
Our pet could not be properly diagnosed, but another private veterinarian succeeded and he cured it.
During yesterday, our dog received a combination vaccine with allergic symptoms. We rushed him to the hospital because no surgery was open anymore, so unfortunately not where he was vaccinated. Our puppy received very professional care, the doctor told me all about what kind of pimple he got and why. Her assistant was also very normal. They were very kind and also treated the dog very well, they seemed to be committed to the animals and loved them.
Although it is strange to say this to an animal hospital, but still: a great place! 0-24 duty, if I know well the only one in the area, there is nothing to ensure this every day of the year ... Sacrificial, kind, dedicated staff who do their job professionally and professionally. In fact, it’s not necessarily cheap, but I’d rather pay for quality and humanity, expertise than save for the health and lives of my dogs.
I can warmly recommend it!
