The doctors and assistants were kind. The problem is organization. I went to a private institution for vaccination because I wanted to avoid the crowded office during the coronavirus. I expected to be able to get the vaccine in 5 minutes. Compared to that, I had to wait 30 minutes here, even though I arrived at exactly the time. During that time, I was with at least 20 people in an airspace, and some of them came up with a coronavirus test on top of that! High traffic seems to be more important than security and fast customer service.

So far I have had a good experience with them, I have been with them twice because of vaccinations. They were kind, they said if I wanted to book an appointment over the phone, it could be, but they have to call a lot because they can’t always pick it up. Now I will go to them for the third time. So much for the waiting time that I haven’t waited more than 10 minutes so far. The room itself is small, but luckily I’ve gotten away with having to crowd a lot of people so far, well that would be extremely uncomfortable.

Thank you for your detailed information, kindness and professionalism! We will choose you next time. We arrived on time with the family, we received the vaccinations without slipping, there was order and silence in the waiting room, everyone followed the rules made because of the epidemic. Nice, pleasant environment where one forgets to be with a doctor. I highly recommend it!

I received a thorough answer to my questions from Dr. Zsuzsanna Béres, chief physician. I arrived on time, they called me right away. Here I was finally able to get the four-component French flu vaccine!
