Horrible parking conditions, difficult to get there in peak hours. No supermarket, restaurants are only available in standard lunch time, essentially you can't grab food from 3pm to 7am. Empty office spaces and the Mol development do not paint a rosy picture of the future, these conditions are not expected to be better. Arriving 10k+ people will definitely overload the area...
