It provides a great recharge after everyday difficulties, while I don’t have to worry about injury, as the qualified instructors (physiotherapists who study anatomy at the university level, after all) make sure that the exercises always spare the joints as well as possible. Hard training and a lean end of the day are also available so everyone can find the ideal level for them. After just a few hours of spine conditioning, you are much less tired by the end of the day with a lot of sedentary work, and harder workouts (e.g. suspension training) are quite tiring and challenging, after which sleep is much better! The place is nice, demanding, the instructors are good heads and friendly, I can only recommend! :)

I really like coming here. I'm an office worker. I sit for eight hours, and then often continue to sit in the same chair at home. My spine even gave up the fight.
