When we ordered a sink, they have accepted our order and said it is on stock and will be delivered soon. Few days later we received an e-mail about the delivery time and fee, which said we may wait three weeks
to receive the item and the delivery fee is higher then before. We were still waiting.....and finally they e-mailed us our order is cancelled. It is unacceptable.
Great service, good prices and selection.
Ordered product online and picked up in shop. Product came earlier than expected. Only draw back, when I was trying to call for two days no one was answering the phone... had to email to get a response.
Other then that, service was good at the shop and they have a good variety of products. Not a lot available in shop, but worth the visit after checking online. Will be returning as a customer.
Doing business with this company far exceeded my expectations. While I never met with anyone in person; we able to successfully diagnose the issue over the phone and through images I sent via email to determine the replacement parts I would require. The brand installed in my home is not common here in Hungary, yet they were able to recommend a high quality compatible replacement with no issues.
The parts arrived, they were installed, and it's now completely functional. A replacement part with any other company that I got in touch with would have taken 3 months to acquire.
