I order a product through an online shopping site and i was waiting for two weeks. When the parcel arrived from Germany to budapest, they didnt send to the final address which is my work place and kept it there with them god knows why! And i had to come look for it myself only to find out they have opened it too!! Screw whoever person who didnt do his job and instead allows himself to violate other people privacy!

Very incompetent service. The staff have no idea about most services offered by the post and on top of that are very rude. Not recommended at all!!!
