The service is slow, very slow and seems to be inefficient. The place itself is quite small and when there is a queue inside (it is the case in most of time), new customers can barely enter...

They are always kind to me, especially the boss. Any problems were solved. True, the building room is not the most beautiful, but it is not the fault of the people working there.

I sit at home all day and wait for my package, which of course is not brought out, I only find the handwritten notice in the mailbox in the evening. During the second wave of Covid, I still have to run after it, with the shipping fee also paid in advance. Non plus ultra: after an acute half hour of waiting and some phone calls back and forth from the 112 post office, I was sent for my stuff to the 113 post office, where I will be able to line up a good deal again. No explanation, apology request, re-delivery. This postmodern, epidemiologically sound, "order the product to your home without contact" administration and "avoid unnecessary contacts, crowded places" postal service that does not substantially prevent the spread of the virus today, in September 2020! It’s still good that I paid for shipping, yet for free, what would go beyond the number? Would you lose my package ?!

It has improved a lot in the last six months. Due to international shipments, they already call me by phone or text me to get tired of the mail. The workers are also kinder, more cheerful than they were a year ago. It is explained in detail, understandably, clearly that e.g. how and for how much I have the opportunity to drop off a package left in the mail. Unfortunately, they are still beetled in a checkered booklet in which tree they should look for small Chinese orders, there is still no serial number divider, which can be useful for a line reaching the street and a complete renovation would fit the building.
