I was on a blood sample on July 4 at the Budafoki út blood collection point, since then I have been unsuccessfully looking for Customer Service, today July 21. I left a huge amount there, but with a delay of two weeks and then I received my findings incompletely, three items are still missing, almost 10 thousand It is about HUF and they do not answer emails, and they promised to call me back by phone several times, of course they do not look for it.
The service is awful and outrageous, and their customer service is a disaster, I can’t even complain anywhere! I can’t arrange my medical examinations without the findings, please take action as soon as possible and send the missing hormone blood counts!
There is no parking, you can hardly stop in the area. I understand that an attendant can't go in but I paid for a speck with a card and had to wait on the street. Luckily, it didn’t fall because there wasn’t even a covered part. One would expect more for 100 e + services. The staff is otherwise cute cute etc.
