Tüköry Étterem

Had dinner at this great Restaurant with a lovely friend. The food was excellent and we were served by the lovely Christina, who really looked after us. I can highly recommend the authentic Hungarian food.

Very good food, very generous portions, what else is needed? (The bathroom is a bit smelly, as others have mentioned in reviews, but not a big deal in my opinion.)

From Asian perspective which of course a lot of us tourists are here, many of the food is too salty for the taste. The portion is good enough. The steak is again quite salty on seasoning (came before we need to add anything on). The great part about this is its location service and price. I have found the waitress here friendly and nice enough compare to other Hungarian restaurant but of course cannot beat the more touristy area in Asia.

Food was really amazing and the prices were really great. Had a full set of beer with a main course for around6 euros. Incredible. The shop owner was also very nice and allowed us to enjoy the atmosphere, which was very Hungarian. If you visit Budapest this is the restaurant to visit. Go for it and you will understand why I recommend it so much.
