Nice coffee shop chain, if you like places like Starbucks. If you like seasonal flavored latte or frappé it's your place, since they keep on putting out new flavors. For me it's a little bit too sweet and sobbish so i like to stick the classic ones, the latte macchiato is not bad. The shops itself is spacious with a floor and outside seating available, they have comfortable chairs and tables, so if you are like who spends all day with the laptop in coffee shops, this will be suitable for you. The staff is alright, they make the order fast and never had a bad experience with them. The prices are expensive, not as expensive as Starbucks, but they still ask too much for what they offer. I like real coffee shops rather than this kind, but they have longer opening hours than most.

Espresso is just strong coffee, not real espresso. Service poor, even though the place is empty. Food is just ok.
