Double check the price tags ‘under’ the products and check your bill after paying if you wish. If it wasn’t the the same story for the past couple of years I wouldn’t even mention it...

One of my favorite Budapest groceries. Lots of inexpensive goods packed into a small area but a very wide selection of items. Best to go in the a.m. Contrary to some of the other reviews, most of the women working here are quite friendly (except for one!) and some DO speak English (except that I didn't know that was a required job skill for being a cashier in a Hungarian grocery store .... rolls eyes). Mizo coffee, Classic szvendics and muffin make a great lunch for 3 USD. Lots of wine and beer. Hard to go wrong. GO!

One star for the existence, other - for products available. The quality, prices and customer service do not deserve any stars at all. Very dirty, rotten food (flies on the fruits), very messy - this is all about Prima. On top of that are incredible prices: almost twice more expensive then anywhere else in the supermarket. Be aware and avoid this store unless you really desperately need something.
