Service scheduled for 11:00 started at 12:40 and finished at 13:15. Service personnel was not careful with auto parts - let it drop while a single screw was holding the engine undertray cover. Motorcraft checklist was not performed: customer has revealed the issues instead. Shellak oil is mentioned on invoice, and advocates Castrol oil. In reality an unlabelled white flask was used to pour in some unidentified oil. Lacks customer focus: becomes defensive when customer raises issues or has recommendation. Doesn't respect customer''s personal schedule.

My husband wants to buy an SUV, so we go around the brand shops in the area. That's how we got to the FX Car House. Luckily, we caught a kind, polite and expert trader, Mr. Szoror. Thanks to him, we managed to make a decision. (Thank heavens not his colleague, because if we got to him, I don't think we would have been there for long! The rude one sentence he attached to us was enough.) We're buying a Ford! Thanks for the help, see you again!

For the 2007 Ford Fiesta, we took advantage of the due annual inspection, Ford Economy 5+ service with a non-contact "pick-up" service. They were very kind to us throughout the administration process. They came for the car at the agreed time, they were brought back to our house after the inspection, all possible precautions were taken (steering wheel, driver's seat, gearbox was foiled) in the current epidemiological situation. The necessary replacements and repairs were carried out at a very reasonable price.
