My opinion is not based on the incompetence of the insurance company, but of the Paks clerk. I wanted a foreign car and passenger insurance policy. The lady took out the insurance and was 100% sure it applied to the car as well (of course she couldn’t inform me of the conditions, she handed me a piece of paper for me to look through). But that's not what happened, it just worked for the person. Luckily I searched the website afterwards so I went back and said something was wrong. After a small tug and telephone conversations, we managed to take out insurance for the car as well. Lesson: next time I tie myself to the website because they would have convinced me that I have a live insurance for the car, but it wouldn’t have been.
