I ordered a device on the emagon in December for 43,000 forints. A third party delivered the non-compliant product (HUF 19,000), a company called a certain Szekler villa - Balázs Szekler. They once replied to an email saying they were sending a new one. Nothing has happened since then, they are not available. Since I ordered through you, I REQUIRE YOU TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM, OTHERWISE WE WILL TAKE THE CASE LEGALLY! Unfortunately, now that I see in retrospect how many people have been deceived, it will not be difficult to gather a few hundred victims! We will not leave it at that!

Thief! We have been deceived, as have many of us, as I see it. It was also an Emag order, of course they wash their hands, they don’t take any responsibility. As I began to do a little research, I found quite a few victims, we contacted several others, we will turn to consumer protection, and we want to take the matter to civil litigation. I ordered from them through Emago. The product I ordered was not shipped. I wrote to them and after the initial difficulties (hence the 4 ☆) we managed to agree and exchanged the product for the ordered goods. There was no problem with the administration, the owner of the business was polite and helpful.

I received the ordered product (EMAG, built-in electric fireplace insert) on time, without worries. In case of its failure, I notified it to the seller Székelyvill by e-mail. It was really not possible to reach them by phone (during the Christmas holidays ...), but the complaint was handled immediately that day, service (distributor of Somogyi Elektronik) immediately contacted us and took action. The equipment was delivered by its own courier and is under repair. The owner of Székelyvill (declared inaccessible by others) called me back personally (from his published mobile phone number) to my written request or telephone inquiry. My complaint regarding the warranty papers was rectified immediately, and the missing documents were sent electronically within hours. Based on that, I don’t share the negative reviews I saw (obviously I don’t know what happened there). In fact, customer service is hard to reach (which is why I gave "only" 3 stars), but the substantive administration worked based on the email. I shared my objections with the owner, who is obviously taking steps to improve his administration.
