It is outrageous that in the only pharmacy that is open, one person dispenses the medicine, manages the money while there is a line of 15 people out in the cold. We waited for half an hour before we gave up. Several waited patiently. Not a heated room, no sitting. Good thing it wasn't minus 10 degrees. Congratulations.
