On 2018.09.06 I purchased an iphone 8 plus phone at 259990ft at my online store. I returned it on 2018/19/17 because the loudspeaker was defective. I was sent to the repair shop where I got a scratched display from the phone box on 2018.10.04 IMEI number has been cut off the device I did not take it back have been returned to the service since I did not get it, but I will not take the device to the Consumer Protection Inspectorate because the device would have been replaced. I have not got a phone for two months. In the store the sellers were helpful but the FirstPhone business was not recommended by anyone!

We bought two phones in the store not long ago, I haven't experienced such service in many places yet, the seller listed everything about them, he installed both devices, we could answer any questions, if I remember correctly he was called Norbert. I was in the telecom in front of him, I had to wait an hour for nothing, they drove away not to put anything in. I didn't even know that Huawei has a service in Debrecen, so far we've always sent it to Budapest from wherever we bought it, which is a huge plus. we will still buy here .
