Bokros-puszta is located on the right bank of the Tisza, 1 km northeast of Bursa, 8 km northwest of Csongrad. The northwest-south-eastern blast is 5 km long, with an average width of 1.5 km. Bokros-puszta is the southernmost part of the Bokros-Alpár floodplain bay, stretching from Lakitelek to Bokros. Geographically, it belongs to a small area called South Tisza Valley. The wilderness is bordered by a circular arc from the west and south by the Bokrosi vineyards, 8-10 meters above the floodplain, which is the southernmost stretch of the small area called Pilis-Alpári. The sheer area consists of seven parts. Bokros-puszta is not only a meadow grassland, but also a mosaic of floodplain grasslands, salines, backwaters, flatwoods, softwood litters that have preserved a lot of natural value from the ancient state of the river Tisza before the river regulation, and its diverse wildlife.
